The Canadian Society of Customs Brokers (CSCB) has elected Kim Campbell as the new Chair of its Board of Directors. “I am proud to be part of a profession that plays such a critical role in the economic success of our country while at the same time protecting the safety of our people”, said Campbell.

Ms. Campbell holds the CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) designation in both Canada and the U.S. and is a CTCS (Certified Trade Compliance Specialist). She also has been awarded professional customs broker status by the Canada Border Services Agency. Since 2011, she has served on the CSCB national Board of Directors, most recently as First Vice-Chair.

As she assumes her new leadership position, Ms. Campbell stated that “It is a distinct honour to be the Chair of the Canadian Society of Custom Brokers which is a recognized leader in Canada and globally in shaping international trade for our clients and in partnership with governments.”

Kim Campbell is the Principal of Mkmarin Trade Services Inc., which she founded in 2007. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto and brings to her position 23 years of experience working in executive, managerial and technical leadership positions in both government and the private sector.
