Fednav Limited recently joined the ranks of Montreal’s Top Employers for 2013. It is the second consecutive year that the company has received this recognition.

Montreal’s Top Employers is an annual competition managed by Mediacorp, Canada’s largest publisher of employment periodicals. A panel of HR experts evaluates entries each year based on nine criteria that include health and family benefits, training and skills development, and community involvement. The strengths that Fednav demonstrated underline several facets of what the company offers employees: a comprehensive group insurance plan, a defined benefit pension plan, an athletic subsidy, maternity top-up, but most importantly, a culture of respect, support, community involvement, and employee development on a daily basis.
