Hapag-Lloyd has announced plans to add an Eastbound call at Lisbon to its Med Canada Service itinerary as first European port of call as from October 2012. This step will not only reduce transit time from Montreal to Portugal to 9 days, but will also provide new opportunities for exporters from Lisbon.
Connections to further Mediterranean destinations, West Africa, Far East, India, Middle East and North America can be offered via Hapag-Lloyd’s hub ports of Algeciras and Cagliari as well as via Valencia.
