After a career of dedicated service spanning forty-four years, Ed Clough has retired from his position as Superintendent of The Essex Terminal Railway, a shortline railway that runs from the east side of Windsor, ON through the Town of LaSalle to terminate in Amherstburg, ON.

Incorporated in 1902, the railway provides switching services for local customers engaged in the industrial, lumber, steel, agricultural, scrap metal, alcohol, and liquid petroleum gas (LPG) industry sectors as well as serving our sister company, Morterm Limited with rail access for our Great Lakes transload facility, connecting these customers to CN, CP and CSX.

Ivan Pratt, who has twenty-four years of operational and management experience with the railway, will assume the position of Superintendent. He will be assisted by Jack Weston, the new General Yardmaster who comes to the railway with twenty years of railway experience.
